How-To install LMDE on btrfs in 5 steps + performance tips

I've wirtten an How-To that's very easy to follow and takes only 5 steps to install correctly LMDE on btrfs.
I know there's another topic covering this argument (viewtopic.php?f=197&t=100659) but in my opinion is way too complicated (especially for newbies), so why don't make it simple? That's it
