Building POV-Ray 3.7

Official debian repos still provide povray 3.5 and 3.6, so I built the latest release by myself.
Use synaptic in order to get required libraries (such as libpng, libjpeg, libgif, openexr, libboost - all of them with -dev packages!) but a further trick is needed.
In /usr/lib you need to create the following symlinks:

• libboost_thread.so -> libboost_thread.so.1.54.0
• libboost_system.so -> libboost_system.so.1.54.0

otherwise configure won't be able to detect both libraries and will fail.
