Running LMDE/Sid + some experimental bits (Gnome Shell 3.4, problem occurred before updating to 3.4).
Cannot change icon theme (defaults to ugly gnome icon set) and keyboard shortcuts are not working, everything works fine in a new user. Affects Gnome3 and Cinnamon. How do I fix so I don't have to copy everything to new user?
