Missing Checkbox for dont turn off screen

Since the UP5 my PC is turning off the Screen after 20 ~ 30 min (the dropdown menu is on 1 hour doesnt help) and from other pc i know there should be a checkbox to turn off and on the "turn off screen" function
Im using the cinnamon Desktop

The picture shows the brightness and lock dialog window.
