Permission Issues with Update Pack 5

After upgrading to UP5, I have some odd permission issues on my xfce4 install.

For example, when I plug in my USB/MP3 player, it displays on the desktop but I get a "Mount Failed - Not Authorized" error when I try and open it in Thunar.

And when I do a Menu > Logout, the "Shutdown" and "Reboot" button are grayed out.

I've tried adding myself to various groups, but nothing has made a difference yet...

What am I missing here?

after u5 my 8 gb ram to 3.2 ram and my i3 2100 only 1 cpu 64 bit fine but the 32 bit mate
