Update pack 3 (Latest) foomatic-db-engine issue

I'm curious about foomatic-db-engine.
To update from 4.0.7-2 to 4.0.8-2 it proposes to delete cups, cups-pdf, cups-driver-guteprint, mint-meta-debian and mint-meta-common.
Is it normal?
