Hello kane,

i can't find this one

Code: Select all
deb http://mirror.bjtu.edu.cn/linuxmint/ debian main upstream import

as a valid source for linuxmint. Where did you find it?

The debian testing sources seem to be valid for a China mirror server.

for me the biggest question here is, you are going from latest to testing;
are you prepared to it? are you prepared to deal with possible breakages, with gnome-shell (assuming you have gnome installed).

if your answer is yes, those testing repos are good.

Ok, guys, thanks everyone above. :)

the original reason for me to do so is:
the speed connecting to the mint server is too slow from China, sometimes even can't connect.
So I just want to find a proper mirror in china, which I can get stable and latest updates.

If you have any method to help me get out, that would be a great help for me.
Thank you again.

Look here - http://www.linuxmint.com/mirrors.php - maybe Mirrored Debian Latest repositories for Oceania/Australia
could work for you.
