Cinnamon duplicated entries

I installed cinnamon and I'm loving it, but something's wrong with the menu. I have some duplicated entries that are both in Preferences and Administration.
For example: Network, synaptic, User Accounts, Users and Groups and others. The problem is, when I try to edit the menu with the "edit menu" option that appears when I right-click, both preferences and administration aren't there. Any ideas to delete the duplicated entries.
