LMDE - End of Life?

Postby lkraemer on Wed Apr 25, 2012 9:26 pm

What is the projected End of Life for LMDE 201204? Will it be supported for two years or how long?

Debian has a Chart for their End of Life. Is the same available for LMDE? My searches haven't located anything.

Thanks.

LMDE is based on Debian Testing so there is no end of life. Debian Testing is where packages are stabilized and then eventually moved into Debian Stable repos. Once that happens, Debian Sid repos are dumped into Testing and the process starts over. Essentially, there is never an end to Debian Testing upon which LMDE is based.
