Random freeze after boot

Postby Greenleon on Tue Jun 05, 2012 2:38 am

Hi,
I recently installed LMDE on this Samsung N150 Plus netbook. After A while the system began to freeze after boot during initialization of XFCE, right before setting the wallpaper. It's really bugging me, because I have no idea where to look for the error.

Xorg.0.log of the faulty boot and the good one look the same.

What can I do. It is a more or less fresh install.

Regards
Leon

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

This seems to be related to a second display. If I boot without the second display connected, I never encounter the problem.
