The odd thing is, is that I don't have to sudo alsa force-reload all the time. It's just sometimes.

What do I do?

Hi,
Try this:
Code: Select all
sudo alsactl store

Should stick your alsamixer settings across reboots.

I tried that even though I don't think it would work. I'll keep this post updated.

Thank you for responding.

It's been a few days and it SEEMS like it's working (when I run diablo 3, my sound doesn't cut out). I'll give it a week then I'll update this thread again. If you are having the same problem, I suggest you try the same solution.

Thanks again for responding!

I haven't had this problem since, so I'm marking this thread as solved.
