What is the default admin password for LMDE? I have explained in detail why I need this in the Installation & Boot forums, so I don't need to reiterate it here.

Hi,
There isn't a root password on the live cd or live usb. Normally, I just work around such issues by opening a terminal and typing the following:
Done. Run installer and use the newly created root passwd to get the installer to run.

sudo su
passwd root
(enter passwd)
(enter passwd again to verify)
exit
exit
