First post. The issue I'm having with a fresh install LMDE up5 is that it changes HW/system clock from local to UTC on shutdown. I tried editing /etc/default/rcS and /etc/adjtime (based on searching the forums). Did not work. The problem does not exist with Linux Mint 13 (or any other distro for that matter). If I need to add additional info, please by all means, ask away. This may not be a new question but I thought I would start here.
