Frugal install
I downloaded linux debian stable to xp computer,I think that is what it's called.
What I need to know is if I'm not liking it how do I delete it or erace it.
I might like it but it sure is different.
I downloaded IE and the icon arrived upper left with applications and places.
Is that normal? Was this a good way to go the frugal istall?

If you did a "frugal install" with Unetbootin, then you would uninstall with Unetbootin.
However, I believe that the "frugal install" is not persistent. I think it removes itself after one use. I could be wrong about that.

If you run unetbootin for frugal install, to remove the unetbootin line in WinXP boot menu,
run unetbootin again, it will ask you whether you want to uninstall, answer yes.
reboot and that unetbootin line will disappear.
