Am I the only one who thinks the word "debian" should be in it? Never really got why it's called what it's called.

oh and btw: anyone of the back of their head (don't research it for me - that's somethin my lazy a** should be doing) know a quick and easy way to make grub assign another name? (that also stays with new kernels etc after a grub-update)

Well, since you said not to research it I won't. :D

But the 'Known Problems In Linux Mint Debian' http://www.linuxmint.com/rel_debian.php do mention that
"LMDE uses the same version of Grub as Debian Testing. This version describes LMDE as "LinuxMint" instead of "Linux Mint Debian" as defined in /etc/linuxmint/info."

My research was going to consist of looking at that file to see if it could be edited, I'm not sure if it can or if it would persist after editing and rebooting or any of that. I imagine it'll be a popular question...
