Before you post please read how to get help
libwine family version 1.0.1-3.1 Windows API Implementation
wine version 1.1.42-winehq1-1 Microsoft Windows Compatibility Layer

So for what stuff is useful one and the other? (they can't exist in same system)

libwine is a library package. Wine is the software that you want. If it needs libwine, then it will install it too.
