and
wine version 1.1.42-winehq1-1 Microsoft Windows Compatibility Layer
What's the point?
So for what stuff is useful one and the other? (they can't exist in same system)

libwine is a library package. Wine is the software that you want. If it needs libwine, then it will install it too.
