Xorg LocksKey board after Updates.

Postby chris_debian on Fri Feb 25, 2011 2:12 am

Morning, my PC is dead.

I received some updates yesterday and when I try to log-in, I find my keyboard and mouse are inopperative. Apart from that, the PC boots fine, to GDM.

Has anyone else just started to have the problem and is there any sort of fix?

Thanks,

Chris.

I have been facing the same problem. The workaround is to log into "recovery mode" from grub menu. and then do an "init 3" at the command prompt.
I am waiting for the right fix though, anyone?
