Being new to Linux. I take a lot of tips I see on the forum, and implement them without really knowing what they do.
I just realized that I have "backports" enabled (and remember that I read somewhere that it was a good idea), but not at all sure why?
What are "backports" and what do I get there. Is it a good idea to enable it or not
I have never had a problem, and accepted all updates, but have learned to "never say, never"!
What do you all suggest?
