I have a problem, I have installed Debian (a minimal install) and I have a problem synchronizing the time, the problem is that the BIOS time is correct but the system time is off, if I adjust the system time, then the BIOS time is incorrect which causes problems because is a test machine, so, if I swap hard drives, and install Windows, the time is off.
How do you sync the system time to the BIOS time?
Thanks.

Edit the file /etc/default/rcS
Change the variable UTC to no, or vice versa
