LXdm

Hi, i've installed LXde on my Lmde Xfce edition, i don't want to use gdm3 because i prefer a lighter solution like Lxdm but i've seen that it isn't in Debian's repo, i've tried so to install a deb compiled for Ubuntu but it doesn't work because it crashes after boot, do you have a solution? Did you check if it can be installed from unstable or experimental branches? Not the ideal solution I know but better than nothing.

@Kilz, i'm used to install a package from aur under archlinux so before i search always if there is a package already compiled for the distro, i will try to compile lxdm
@Dr.m0x i've already upgraded to Sid(unstable) repo but neither in experimental there is the package of lxdm

I've discovered another thing that if i use gdm3 to log into LXde i obtain a better font's rendering of the system instead of using slim for example. What causes this?
