Where to report this? (maybe I'm just being petty)

I noticed a small thing in Synaptics, in the "Applying changes" window,
there's the word "Details" and a little + in a square.
If you click on the + nothing happens, you have to click on the word "Details".
Always gets me.
Now, where would I report that?
