Minty Wallpaper

Postby Roken on Fri Aug 05, 2011 9:54 am

I decided to take a break for trying to think of new situations for Tux, so here's a very specifically Mint wallpaper for you guys and gals. This is 1680x1080, but I can make other resolutions on request.

Hope you like.

Nice wallpaper, but I don't think I would eat the candies, unless you need a good degaussing. it looks like magnetite to me.

Glad you like it. As for the "candies" - you can do what you want and they can be what you want. When I made them, they were just something to scatter around with no pre-defined property or use :)

Excellent work as usual :D
I really got to learn blender one of these days, looks like some really nice stuff can be made with it.

Here's a modified version of this wallpaper. Tweaked textures, corrected the font used for the text and debianised it just a touch. Hope you like it.

Yes decided to use it as my start-up screen for my LMDE install.

Thanks, keep up the good work.

Very beautiful but I think the "Linux Mint" and logo are too larges
