How to make GDM3 auto-unlock keyring?

I'm using LMDE UP4 with standard gnome3 DE, logging in via GDM3.
However, GDM3 will not unlock keyring upon log in, so I have to manually enter password for wifi everytime.

Is this specific to my machine or others have the same problem?
