[solved] bash tab auto-completion - extra trailing space

Postby kwevej on Mon Feb 21, 2011 7:26 am

Hi there,
since last update, bash bothers me with an extra trailing space.
For instance, when I type "cat /et" and press tab, i got "cat /etc "

Anyone has the same?

apt log:
Code: Select all
sudo apt-log -e -hs bash

Uh, solved.

It was caused by acrobat reader completion.
solution:
Code: Select all
rm /etc/bash_completion.d/acroread.sh
