A stupid bug that needs to be fixed.

this happens with Firefox and opera using the live cd.... Facebook does not render, This happens with every website... It makes the browser useless... can't surf the web like this.

That's not Mint's problem, it's yours. Set your computer to the proper date and time so the security certificate from the websites are valid.

As per JasonLG, yep, those are settings on your end. I do not get those errors in Firefox/Iceweasel. Edit>Preferences>Security...
