ETH Connection Issue? ( Winmo Internet Shared )

Hello, it's been a while and now i'm facing a problem after updating my LMDE . Normally i use a mobile broadband modem for connection, but sometimes i'm using my old Windows Mobile as a modem using "internet sharing" application. Before it was working flawlessly, it detected as ETH connection. But after the update the connection can't be detected by network manager. Everytime i plug in the device and start the internet sharing application it won't share the connection. But if i plug the device on boot time and choose to connect / share from my winmo, the connection will active ( I Plug the device after i entered the grub section ).

Is there something i missing or is there any misconfiguration from the networkmanager? I test my winmo in my other notebook ( Running Archlinux ) & my netbook ( running jolicloud ) it doesn't give any problem.

I'm waiting for a help and suggestion, thanks. My Winmo device is Samsung C6625

it's a kernel issue or? i read on other site that pointing to the older debian kernel which is have a similar problem with mine. Rndis_hosts is failed or something like that and causing "auto-detect" device / peripheral failed.

Ok after do some research also questioning this stuff at IRC debian it's not a kernel issue. But it's network-manager related problem. When the connection failed, i can't reconnect if i didn't restart my notebook. But i try to restart network-manager and it can detect and re-connect the connection. Here's the dmesg for the event. I hope someone can help me to find this out what's wrong with the configuration or network-manager.
