suddenly, when I hit shut down, power off.. nothing happens. usually then only way to do this smart and working is.

sudo reboot
after that, i can shut down correctly, but after longer use it wont work again. . . weird I say.
but please, someone tell me how and where I can fix this? it's annoyance.
