Funny that after posting these images non of the Gnome 3 haters have posted to say that it sucks. Oh and to those who have exclaimed that one cannot have a traditional desktop experience with all of your icons/launchers on the desktop, well you can and its a very simple process to do (:file system/usr/share/applications. Then right click copy to desktop). Personnally, I prefer to have a fairly clean desktop and use docky for most of my app launchers.

The only thing I haven't managed to suss yet is how to move the panel to the bottom of the screen for those people who prefer to look down :roll:. Must be in the config editor somewhere.
