Some how I have both Nautilus and Caja installed side by side and its screwing up my windows theme lol
Is it safe to uninstall Nautilus?
Basically if I open a folder from desktop, Caja opens it. If I open a folder through Transmission, Nautilus opens the folder with no theme.

If you installed Nautilus on LM 12 or 13 MATE edition if that's case it should be ok to uninstall nautilus. If you're still using LM 11 then replacing the default file manger (Nautiilus) may cause problems.

OK, removed Nautilus with no problems! Now all my windows open in current chosen theme.
