Flickering apps in13 mate??

Every once in a while my apps flicker/flutter back and forth in the menu when I hover my mouse over them,, this happens usually after I close the welcome window,,is this a known bug?

You are not alone with the flickering problem. My desktop does EXACTLY the same thing. See this post:

I am hopeful that this gets resolved in the release of Mate 1.5......
