I am using LM13 and have this problem after first boot if I run a full screen app for example a browser and select empty recycle bin the pop up appears fine over the top of my browser but for every instance i want to empty the bin the pop up appears behind the browser meaning I have to go to the main bar select the pop up and then empty the bin. I have noticed this only seems to happen when emptying the bin/opening a terminal or even the odd program i want to run. Only started happening this last day.
I have already tried the settings in compiz and it hasnt done anything different. I have all the settings on the right click of the main bar of the open folders/programs set to "only in this workspace" so it isn't that I have any folders/programs set to always on top
