Startup manager for Linux Mint 14 MATE

I would like to install a *Start Up - Manager* for Linux Mint 14 MATE ...

But I can find it ...

Can anyone help me, please ?

In LM13 there is a program called "startup applications" under the "preferences" menu.

Does that exist in LM14? Seems to be what you're looking for.

In MATE:
System > Preferences > Startup Applications

you can also hit alt + f2 and type gnome-session-properties to get to it, if you cant find it in the menus

Agreed. StartUp-Manager (configures some settings for grub, usplash and splash screens) is a useful utility for those of us who multi boot and make a lot of changes.
It seems to have dropped out of the repos for LM14. Haven't had the time yet to work out why. Maybe the dev team have shut down the project or it is Grub 2 related.

startup-manager is removed from ubuntu repository , you can see here .
If you want GUI tool for edit grub you can try Grub Customizer.
