Firefox and Chrome last positions?

Hello everyone I am new here and I am not sure if this is only for me?
If not is there a fix?

For now most of the things I wanted to fix, there was no much problems, but this one:
When I start Firefox or Chrome it don't remember last positions where I closed them.
I first thought that it is because I use laptop with extended monitor but latter i did some testings
and realized that it is too on one monitor.

So when I close applications it just starts at 0,0(up left corner) positions.
Most of other applications are working fine but especially Chrome is irritating,
because I use it on extended screen maximized, and each time i start it, I have to
unmaximize it from laptop screen and transfer to extended monitor and maximize it again.

And I forgot to say that I use Linux Mint 14 Mate.
