Slow access to folders with Caja

I use Caja with Mint 14 Nadia 64 bit, the access to folders is quite slow , about 4-5 seconds to any folder, even if this contains just one file

My pc: Dell Precision M4400, P8600, 4 gb ram, Intel SSD 250gb
- Ext4 partition
- no previews in file manager (Caja)
- no thumbnails
- swap present but disable
- noatime,nodiratime in fstab
- trim enable
- Samba not installed
- system cache stored in ram : in fstab --> tmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults,noatime,mode=1777 0 0

While opening a folder cpu cores jump from 15%+13% to 52%+53% of usage

119068770304 bytes were trimmed , it took about 20 seconds

Test it from the live session install DVD/USB (whatever you used)

From a live USB session it takes about 1 second to open the folders on the SSD drive, much faster.

I already experience that Mint 13 64 bit was slower when transferred on a Samsung 840 SSD drive but now it is a fresh install of Mint 14 on a different SSD drive .
I suppose it might be some tweak I have applied to reduce unnecessary disk writes.

I want you to to test again in your OS after issuing the command I gave you above. Is there any difference now?
