After the system starts, Caja uses %100 (sometimes 96%) of the processor.
-right click menu doesn't open immediately

in this link, creating /thumbnail folder in $home/.cache/ BUT it didn't worked, because I have it already, deleted and created again still dont work.

It started to happen for no reason. Do I need to update any program? (If so, I dont know how to do, please share a link)

I don't know the why or how to your specific issue, but want to add that Caja really runs hot on my normally very cool computer, if I have the home folder, or any folder within, open on the desktop. Also, if I have any files or folders icons simply sitting on my desktop, the CPU temperature will often ramp up more than one would expect. I think Caja is the issue, because after dealing with this issue before (please see http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=128404) I used the Nautilus file manager for awhile, the latter which did not make my computer run hot.
