Hi all,
What themes should I look for if I want to change the panel? It seems there are such themes for other DE's, but not much that is specific to MATE - or am I missing something?
Any help would be much appreciated!

If you change the theme it changes the panel color or you can change the panel color or add a image itself by right click>Properties>Background
