Bottom panel on both screen of dual monitor setup

Is there anyway to duplicate the bottom panel across 2 monitors abit like this windows app, (http://www.mediachance.com/free/multimon.htm), as its annoying having to bring the mouse right across to another monitor to open / close apps?
