Nemo file manager search function

Hi,
How can I add a search function to Nemo in Cinnamon?
I am using Cinnamon with Arch Linux and I miss the search in my Nemo file manager whereas LM13 has this feature.

Do you have the Main Toolbar turned on? It's in the View menu.
If you have, you should have a magnifying glass icon for the Search function, or at least you have in the version of Nemo I have.

Well, I do not have a magnifying glass with cinnamon 1:1.6.6-2.
See the attachment. Do I need an extension?

Which version of Nemo are you running? I definitely didn't need an extension for search in Nemo 1.0.7, but that is on Mint. It looks like this...

Hi Sally,
Sorry, my mistake. All the time I assumed to use nemo but instead it was files file manager.
Installed nemo now and search works like a charm.
