I have finally configured Linux Mint with Cinnamon on 1920*1080 resolution and after tweaking a bit with the monitor's display settings (using LG 23" LED) everything looks good, except one minor but annoying issue...
The icons in the taskbar are huge, and it seems they did not adapt to the resolution. Please let me know how I can fix this. I am putting up a screenshot for reference. The icons on top right are the ones am talking about, and I did try all built-in icon packs.
