Cinnamon Bottom panel lenght value and alignment

hello,

i recently switched to cinnamon
i have couple of questions howeve.

is there a config to make bottom panel lenght smaller and align it to the right only for example.
or is there a way to disable bottom panel "always on top" feature

the thing is that im using standalone dockbarX on the bottom left side of my screen, but want to keep my workspace switching to the right side from cinnamon bottom panel.
i went through some config files also but i seem to lack the skill

my cinnamon version is 1.6.7
