Hello,
I have a recurring issue and I haven't been able to know what else to do than reboot.
Sometimes, when I click to toggle a menu in chrome (I think it's just been happening with chrome, not so sure) the menu pops, but won't close down (leaves a blank rectangle in place of the menu). This blank rectangle is everywhere, all the desktops, always at the same place and on top of everything (I can't click anything that's under)
At the same time the taskbar totally freezes and becomes unusable. So I'm guessing that it's the same process that I would need to kill and restart.
I've tried /usr/bin/cinnamon --replace restart but it's not working the way I was expecting.
Any idea on how to reload the taskbar ?
Thanks !
