Upon shutdown just for a moment my desktop icons change

And I really like what they change into. Anyone know why this happens? I believe im running cinnamon mode but have been pronce to using classic with no effects. Id have to check to be sure. I use a theme but as far as I can tell it doesnt change the destop icons.

So anyone know why this happens? How I can find and set the icons that show up for those brief moments as default?
