Missing Menu Icons

I installed Cinnamon 2.0 and it is quite fast on Ubuntu 12.04.4. I had to install the Gnome Icons, which took care of most missing menu and taskbar icons except for a few like Clementine. This is always a problem with certain programs with Cinnamon going way back, whether it be installed on Ubuntu or via Mint. By the way, the same issue existed for me with Mint 16, 15, 14...

Any ideas how to deal with this issue? Is it a theme issue? Can the issue be addressed with dconf or gconf? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

FYI: The Clementine Icon shows up in the Sound Settings and Desktop.

Just to push the thread along, I didn't realize that I had the same problem with the systray until I found this solution:

I edited /usr/share/cinnamon/applets/systray@cinnamon.org/applet.js and removed clementine from the hidden icons.

Unfortunately, this doesn't address the missing 'hidden icons' in the Menu.

Sorry, am not clear on the issue. In my usage, the default icon theme has icons for most of the applications I use.
Could you post screenshots and elaborate?

This is a confirmed bug with Cinnamon. most of my icons show up in the Menu, but not all. Clementine, Bleachbit, Onboard, among others do not have icons in the Menu only. Thanks anyway.
