Hey,
New to Linux here (1 week) and I have a non-critical question. If someone could help me, that would be great.
My keyboard applet shows the flag of the USA when I choose the english (US) keyboard layout. However, when I choose my other keyboard (Spanish - Latin America), it doesn't show any flag. I want that it shows the flag that I want (Mexican flag), How can I do it?
I'm using 17 Cinnamon. Don't know what other computer specifications to tell you

Hmm...if I understand it right, it shows text but does not show the flag...Maybe the Mexican flag is missed...
It should ideally show up as below...

This is an old post before Mint had unified local settings...Not sure if it would be helpful..
