I just installed Cinnamon and...
Why there is no context menu on right click on second monitor?
And I cant drag icons on it, just windows.
This is in Cinnamon and GNOME.
Can a new panel be created like in gnome2, and dragged to second monitor?

do windows you drag onto other monitors still show in the window list?
