How to change Logins Screen on Mint 12

Hello everybody,
as I am new on Mint Forum I don't know if I'm posting on the right session, but if I'm not please let me know.
I would love to change the login screen as a whole (theme, wallpaper, etc). I've been trying to donload ubuntu-tweak from Software Manager and also from terminal, but it seems it does not get saved on my computer and I can't find it. Where is it stored?

I found that if you install LightDm Manager it allows you to change login screen very nicely, very easy to use. just wish they would include way to change the sound.

How can I donwload it? From Software Manager or from the terminal? and after the download how can I open it if it is not showed in my applications list?
