Help styling QT for LMMS

Postby karmafarmer on Tue Jul 24, 2012 7:01 pm

Does anybody here know QT? I'm trying to make a theme for LMMS, and so far I've discovered it's all based on QT, but It's all new to me.

I've been trying to theme it to look similar to GIMP on Mint 12 (MATE)

...is what I've cobbled together so far. I've managed to style the embedded images (mostly, for now), and I found the QMenu so I managed to style the other bits.

Things I would still like to do are in dark blue, all the silver is mine!

I'd mainly like to focus on the sub-window styles (scrollbars and title bars), the backgrounds to the left menu system and the "ruler" thing on the song editor.

Do these elements have standard QT names, or would I have to learn how to decipher the LMMS source code to see what I can style? Can anybody point me at somewhere I could find this out? I'm fine with CSS, but like I say, I'm not familiar with QT at all...

Thanks,

Karl
