Export LMDE MATE theme

I cant figure out how to export my theme (default MATE theme at LMDE, including Controls/Colors/Window border/Icons/Pointer) to different machine.
$HOME/.themes includes only some strange file/link and that's all. I've manually copied /usr/share/icons/Mint-X, but it's not enough. Is there a simple way to copy my theme as one package/archive ?

have you looked at /usr/share/themes

Why don't you just download the .deb packages from the repo then install them on the other machine?
EDIT: Here are links to direct download the theme and icons sets.

Thanks a lot! I didn't know there are theme-packages. Are those covering all of the GUI aspects (Controls/Colors/Window borders/Icons/Pointers)

Yes, they are the complete Mint-X and Mint-X-Metal themes.
