I just installed lm 13 mate

how do enlarge the mouse pointer?

I found the pointer but it is still not big enough.

is there a theme that i can get with pointers?

What have you already tried? You can enlarge the pointer by going to Menu > Preferences > Appearance. Click on the "Customize..." button at the bottom, then go to the Pointer tab. Choose either of the DMZ pointers, and then use the slider at the bottom to increase the size.
