How do I install themes in Linux Mint 13?

Some distros have the tab "theme" when you right click "change background" but Mint doesn't so that makes it harder for me.
Easy way to install themes, I don't care for the green default.

And surprise us, which desktop environment are you using? E.g., MATE, Cinnamon, Xfce, KDE, or something else? That does help a bit in answering questions :D

Lol I've asked 3 questions already and everybody keeps asking this.

It says so right on the bottom of the themes page: http://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/. You can select your theme in Cinnamon Settings > Themes. It is still being worked on to be able to install themes easier and directly in Cinnamon Settings > Themes. Patience, developers are hard at work :)
